2.7% Cream Developer

L'Oréal Dia Activateur II 9 Vol 2.7% Developer is a 9 volume (2.7%) cream developer specifically formulated for use with the Dia Light, Dia Richesse, and Dia Color demi-permanent color lines. This medium-low concentration activator is ideal for gentle color deposit with up to 2½ levels of darkening, including toning highlights, refreshing faded color, glossing services, and tone-on-tone coloring. The gentle cream formula is suitable for natural, color-treated, slightly sensitized, and chemically processed hair (permed, straightened, or smoothed). It delivers luminous color with a radiant, glossy finish while maintaining softness and shine, and helps cover up to 30% of white hair when used with Dia Richesse. Suitable for all technical applications including color correction, pre-pigmentation, and highlight toning. For professional use only. Mix with Dia Light, Dia Richesse, or Dia Color at a 1:1.5 ratio (50ml color + 75ml activator) and process for 10–20 minutes.
