Mix at a 1:1 ratio (1 tube color to 1 part developer) with iNOA Oil Developer 20-volume (6%) for up to 2 levels lift or 30-volume (9%) for up to 3 levels lift . Development time is 35 minutes at room temperature. Carmilane shades should not be intermixed with any shades aside from iNOA Clear .
