Mix at a 1:1 ratio (1 tube color to 1 part developer) with iNOA Oil Developer 10-volume (3%), 20-volume (6%), or 30-volume (9%), depending on desired lift . For white hair coverage up to 70%, use the target shade alone; for 70-100% white hair with cool coverage, mix ½ target shade with ½ Natural shade at the same level . Development time is 35 minutes at room temperature.
