Mix at a 1:1 ratio (1 tube color to 1 part developer) with iNOA Oil Developer 10-volume (3%), 20-volume (6%), or 30-volume (9%), depending on desired lift . For white hair coverage up to 70%, use the target shade alone; for 70-100% white hair, use deep or extra coverage natural shades for deeper, more opaque coverage . Development time is 35 minutes at room temperature .
