  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals and packaging intact.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any beauty, skincare, or cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products of any kind.
  • Products purchased during a final sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount marked “final sale.”
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of delivery, email us at beauty@amarissolutions.com or call +254116567380 . Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories and free gifts (if applicable), and mail it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved Returns: We will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
  • Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If a return is due to a change of mind, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a:

  • Damaged item (in transit),
  • Defective product, or
  • Incorrect item,
    please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beauty@amarissolutions.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) as quickly as possible.
  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
